RAEMART Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the RAEMART website and purchases of products and services from RAEMART. Throughout these Terms, “RAEMART,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RAEMART.
By accessing our website, creating or using an account, submitting an order, or purchasing products from RAEMART, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced on our website, including our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Business Customers
RAEMART primarily supplies janitorial, sanitation, foodservice, disposable, and related products to businesses and organizations.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current company, contact, billing, shipping, tax, and account information.
If multiple individuals are authorized to purchase on behalf of a company or organization, the customer is responsible for maintaining its authorized buyer information and for purchases made through its account by authorized users. Customers should promptly notify RAEMART if an authorized buyer should no longer have purchasing authority.
Customer Accounts
Access to certain products, pricing, ordering features, or portions of the website may be limited to approved customers.
RAEMART may approve, suspend, restrict, or close a business account when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving inaccurate account information, suspected unauthorized activity, unpaid balances, misuse of the website, or violation of these Terms.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
RAEMART reserves the right to review, accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, account status, minimum quantities, supplier restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.
If RAEMART cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded or credited as appropriate.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice unless RAEMART has provided a written quotation or other written pricing commitment specifying otherwise.
Customers may receive different pricing based on quantities, volume pricing, promotions, customer classification, negotiated pricing, or other applicable purchasing arrangements.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed or otherwise agreed upon when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing, calculation, or system errors.
If a material pricing error is discovered after an order is submitted, RAEMART may contact the customer for approval of the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item or order.
Volume and Quantity Pricing
Certain products may qualify for lower pricing when purchased in specified quantities.
Volume-pricing thresholds, case quantities, and applicable prices may vary by product and may change from time to time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the quantity and applicable price before submitting an order.
Product Information
RAEMART makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, case quantities, photographs, and other product information.
Product images are provided for identification and general reference. Packaging, labeling, color, appearance, or other non-material characteristics may change because of manufacturer or supplier updates.
Customers should review important product specifications before ordering, particularly when size, material, compatibility, color, case quantity, food-contact characteristics, or other specifications are important to their intended use.
Product Availability
Products and quantities are subject to availability. An item appearing on the website does not guarantee that the product or requested quantity is currently available.
RAEMART may discontinue products, change available quantities, or temporarily remove products from sale.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, RAEMART may contact the customer regarding available options, including waiting for replenishment, removing the item from the order, issuing a refund or account credit, or considering a comparable alternative.
RAEMART will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval.
Payment
Customers agree to pay all amounts due for orders placed through their account or otherwise authorized by them.
Payment may be required when an order is placed unless RAEMART has approved other payment terms for the customer's account.
Customers with approved credit or payment terms are responsible for paying invoices according to the terms shown on the applicable invoice or other written agreement.
RAEMART may suspend ordering privileges, account access, deliveries, or credit terms for past-due accounts as permitted by applicable law and any applicable agreement.
Taxes and Tax-Exempt Customers
Applicable sales and other taxes may be added to orders as required by law.
Customers claiming tax-exempt status are responsible for providing RAEMART with valid and current exemption documentation. Tax-exempt treatment may not be applied until RAEMART has received and accepted the required documentation.
Customers are responsible for notifying RAEMART if their tax-exempt status changes or expires.
Shipping and Local Delivery
Shipping and delivery availability, charges, minimum-order requirements, and service areas may vary according to the customer's location, order size, account arrangements, and delivery method.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless RAEMART specifically agrees otherwise in writing.
RAEMART will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery schedules but does not guarantee delivery at an exact time unless specifically agreed.
Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, carrier delays, supplier delays, product availability, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond RAEMART's reasonable control.
Delivery Information and Access
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and reasonable access to the designated delivery location.
Customers should provide any necessary delivery instructions, receiving hours, gate information, loading or unloading requirements, or other relevant information before delivery.
Additional charges may apply when a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, inaccessible premises, unavailable receiving personnel, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.
Delivery Acceptance
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly.
Damaged products, incorrect products, shortages, or other delivery discrepancies should be reported according to RAEMART's Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery confirmation, including an authorized signature, electronic confirmation, photograph, or other reasonable proof of delivery, may be used to document completion of a delivery.
Product Substitutions
RAEMART may suggest a comparable product when an ordered item is unavailable.
When a proposed substitute materially differs in brand, specifications, material, size, quantity, performance, or price, RAEMART will obtain customer approval before making the substitution.
If the customer does not approve the substitute, RAEMART may remove the unavailable item and provide an appropriate refund or account credit for amounts already paid.
Special Orders and Custom-Sourced Products
Products specially ordered, imported, manufactured, or sourced for a particular customer may be subject to additional terms, minimum quantities, deposits, lead times, cancellation restrictions, or return restrictions.
These conditions will be communicated when applicable.
Special-order or custom-sourced products may become non-cancellable once RAEMART has committed to purchasing, sourcing, manufacturing, or importing the merchandise.
Order Cancellations
Customers should contact RAEMART as soon as possible if an order needs to be cancelled.
An order may be cancelled before processing or fulfillment when possible.
Once an order has been processed, picked, shipped, delivered, or specially ordered, cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to applicable restocking, freight, supplier, transportation, or handling charges.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged merchandise, incorrect products, and related matters are governed by the RAEMART Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must obtain authorization and instructions from RAEMART before returning merchandise.
Customers should not ship, mail, deliver, or drop off merchandise to RAEMART or to any address unless RAEMART specifically provides written authorization and return instructions.
Website Use
Customers may use the RAEMART website only for lawful purposes.
Users may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, introduce malicious software, collect information through unauthorized means, impersonate another person or business, submit false or misleading information, or otherwise misuse the website.
